Ordering
– You can order through our online shop where you can also pay for your order. On our website you can find instructions on how to make an order online.
– You can place an order in our physical shop.
– You can order via phone at 0440 515 116. The payment for a phone order is made on our website at phone subscription fee. Your payment will show in our system immediately.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Receiving the order
We acknowledge orders as received several times a day on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and on Sundays at least twice a day. The orders are acknowledged personally by us, not by a machine.

Terms of delivery

  • The bouquets in the pictures are indicative of the final look, and the vases and pots shown in the product pictures are not included in the price unless otherwise stated (with the exception of arrangements and plantings that are made into a pot, container or basket).
  • The order must be paid for before delivery.
  • Sunday deliveries must be ordered by 12 noon the day before the delivery.
  • Sunday or weekday delivery orders with a paid transport fee will always be delivered on the desired day. If the Sunday or public holiday delivery fee has not been paid, the order will be delivered on the nearest weekday before or after the desired delivery date.
  • The customers is responsible for the correctness of the delivery information they provide.
  • The information provided by the customer is only used for the delivery of orders. Information is not disclosed to third parties.
  • Orders for the day must be put in before 3 p.m.

We guarantee

  • that the quality of the flowers is good when delivered and that the flowers are delivered according to the amount paid by the customer. However, if the quality of
    the flowers gives rise to a complaint, the complaint must be made no later than the day after the delivery.
  • that the flower arrangements are made professionally and from fresh flowers. The ordered variety is primarily used. If this is not possible, a color/variety that is close
    to the original or the variety indicated as an alternative will be delivered.
  • that the flowers are delivered on the desired day or if the order arrives late, we will deliver the flowers the next business day.
